I’ve built up an extensive portfolio of work over the years, both as a freelancer and working in-house for various brands and agencies. From writing SEO web copy for well-known retailers and creating complex technical guides for mortgage providers to completing editing jobs for well-known travel publications, you'll see what I’m capable of below.
Travel
I’ve built up my portfolio with travel guides for well-known publications as well as topical, sustainably-minded, and SEO driven content for travel comparison sites and agencies. I'm currently working in-house for two travel brands that are part of the Flight Centre Travel Group: Topdeck Travel and Back-Roads Touring.
Finance & Fundraising
Turning complex jargon into easy-to-digest, customer-facing copy is another one of my skills. As well as writing finance guides for Bankrate's UK site, I've also worked on mortgage, insurance and fundraising content for a variety of different companies.
Other travel clients I’ve worked with include Lonely Planet, Fodor's, The Culture Trip, loveholidays, Expedia, Mail Travel, TravelSupermarket, Eurostar, The Trainline, Europcar, Manchester Airport Group, Thomas Cook, Etihad, Canvas Holidays, TransPennine Express and Orbzii.
Food writing
Food is one of my passions, so it always seemed logical for me to write about it. From reviewing new menus and creating cocktail recipes to writing food guides and working on campaign copy, I’m always keen to work on more food and drink-related content. I also worked in-house as a brand copywriter for Oddbox and have produced several food-related articles for travel websites and magazines.
Lifestyle
As well as writing about amazing places around the world, I’ve also produced content and edited existing copy for a number of lifestyle companies, household brands and global magazines. This includes pieces on health, food, pet care, interiors, fashion, beauty - and anything else in between.

I've also worked on food-related content for Holland & Barrett, oteas, Scotch Kitchen Magazine, Flava Magazine (Cayman Islands) and I Love Manchester magazine. What's more, I contributed to Lonely Planet's Vegan Travel Handbook.
